Ouch

This will be short...I have managed to tweak my neck/back. This happens 2-3 times a year, mostly due to too much time at the pampootah (niece's word for computer). But I have really outdone myself this time and I am miserable. I am behind on everything, so my apologies to swap partners. Your goodies will be on their way SOON! So visits to chiropractor, massage therapist, and trying a new technique (Bowen technique) Friday. Wish me luck. It has been nearly 2 weeks now and no end in sight!

I get tense and hunch my shoulders when I'm playing a game.
Hope you feel better soon!

Hi there

I came by to thank you for the awesome halloween ATC I received from you. I loved the packaging almost as much as the hand-painted bat ATC.

So sorry o hear of you ailments. I'm no stranger to similar stuff. I receive spinal injections and they work wonders for a few months or more depending on your body and the problems etc. It is an analgesic mixed with steroids and it's an out-patient procedure, ask your DR about it, here is the link. Happy healing!
